Surrey Open House

Here's a few pictures from the open house at our home.

Thanks Dianne and Jeff for all your help!
The part of the family that was there.

Reception in Salt Lake City

It was a wonderful reception at the Salt Lake Hardware building.  The food was great, the refreshments were awesome, the decoration were so fun, and so pretty, (great job, Amy) and the entertainment by the 'Walton' guys was incredible!  Great job, guys.  It was so much fun to visit with lots of family and friends, and because of that, we didn't get enough pictures of this event.  At least we can see more of each other's.

Amy and Chris with Chris's dad, Eric, and Julianna, who did a fantastic job on the wedding dress.
Walton relatives table......so glad they all could come.
Here is where I wanted the video of the dance....but when I put it in, it came two places and I can't delete it for some reason! So you only need to watch it once.

Chris and Amy's Wedding

It was a beautiful spring day on April 18th at the Mount Timpanogas Temple.    Amy and Chris looked fabulous and radiated happiness.  It was wonderful to have so many people we love there.  And we certainly missed our missionary, Brian.  Our pictures are similar to everyone else's. except maybe a few, but they document what a wonderful occasion it was.

I love the little girls and their outfits, and I love the green shoes!  What a darling picture.

Beautiful with the mountains behind.
The guys got a bit more height than the girls, maybe, but then they were  just on their way up!

Cute
Here i'm wearing the gloves my sister, Susan gave me because my hands were freezing.  I didn't even care how it looked until I noticed Aaron taking pictures...so off they came.  Also it was hard to get her train down with gloves on.

Janet, David and Jim.  Glad they got this picture.....wish I'd done the same with my siblings.

Events leading up to Amy's Wedding

Everyone that has already blogged about this wonderful time, has done a magnificent job.  It feels funny to be doing this so late, and not having as good of pictures, but I will do some anyway because it was a wonderful, special time  that I want remembered on my blog as well.  So I'll start with pictures of events  leading up the big day.  Fun times were had at Scott and Elisha's playing with the kids, watching BYU basketball, visiting, and finishing up final details.
Then decorating at the Salt Lake Warehouse for the reception, and off to the bridal shower at Olive Garden.

It was a fun luncheon/bridal shower for Amy with so many people that I love there.   Thanks everyone!
Then one quick trip to the lingerie department before the big day.
