Post Christmas Activities

The days after Chritmas are always so much fun!  We played badminton and volleyball at the church at two different occasions ....but no pictures, unfortunately.  This day we went to the North Delta Recreation Center for ice skating.  Here were are all waiting to get our skates.
Foster is all set up with the GoPro for some action shots.
Ready to go out in the Cold rink!!

It was dark in the rink because they wanted the mood of skating at night outside.  It was nice except for taking pictures.

Dad found the popcorn counter.   Mike looks like a mean hombre...  (especially compared to that other guy)

Cute bedtime boys jumping on the ottoman.
A little Dr Mario!
Bowling at Lois Lanes again.  Dad didn't make it to this event, so not many pictures.

Granville Island trip on Monday afternoon (New Years Eve) The toy store is always a favorite place to start.

We had the best place to eat our lunch...right in the corner with a view of the harbor and city.
We spent some quality time chasing the seagulls and pigeons!  Some of the seagulls were pretty defiant to kids trying to make them fly away.  They wanted food!  I just took some video that didn't work very well.  Dan will have some good pictures.

It was fun having Brian's old gang together for some Halo playing.  It felt so natural to have them here together, except they are all older with scarves around their necks!
Here is a little part of our New Years Eve Party!!  Annie said it wasn't a party without music and dancing and a pinata, so we at least did the music and dancing part!  Happy New Year!

Christmas

Wonderful Walton Christmastime!!  We had everyone home for Christmas except the Johnsons this year.  Brian got home from BYUI first, then a few days later was the Silvas.  Then a couple days later, Dan and Sarah and Scott and Elisha and kids got here.  Mike flew in last from Phoenix.  So fun to have everyone together.  We put together a music video that was so much fun to make.  A great memory.

Making cinnamon buns for Christmas morning
Decorating sugar cookies with the grandkids

Storytime with The Night Before Christmas.  Another favorite was Apple Tree Christmas
Not sure what exactly was going on here, but that's my boys and their toys....or tools.

Sunday morning, getting ready for our family photo shoot and church.
Annie, Molly and Leah had a wonderful happy time together.
This pretty much shows the relationship of these two cousins.  They had a lot of fun together!

 Pretty Molly
Mother and Son ( insert family pictures in here, when I get some from Mike)
Brian is starting to feel comfortable holding baby Jane.
Christmas Eve activity acting out what grandpa was reading.
Anxious kids waiting for their parents to be ready, and trying not to look downstairs.
Still trying not to look!
Santa came!!

James and his new Strider bike.

I realize as I'm putting these pictures on here, that we are missing soooo many pictures that weren't taken.  Dad, our usual picture taker, had a headache this morning, so we have some obvious gaps.  But suffice it to say, it was a very Merry Christmas!

 Three happy princesses
