David's Utah Outings

You know how David likes to go exploring on his own!  He went out several day looking at houses for Scott and Elisha, and just checking out stuff he is interested in.  Below is where the Kennedy Center talks are given on BYU campus.  We listen to those quite often so it was fun to see where it happens.
 Tanner Building on Campus.

It was fun to see Scott's new office in Provo.  Very nice building in a beautiful location.
Grandpa and Fos spent a day exploring!!   Very fun for both of them.  Fos is holding a stretched penny.

 Utah State Capital Building

 Temple Square

 Fun times at Scheels.

Welcome to Baby Peter

Little Peter came a week and a half before scheduled, but luckily, Chris had time off school, so it worked out good for Dad and I to still come at our planned time.  We drove down to Provo and were able to stay for a week!  So wonderful to be able to share in this special time with their growing family!  Thank you!!

Two weeks old Peter Christopher Silva...born January 14, 2014.   Handsome little guy!
"Big sister" Jane  at 16 1/2 months!  Such a cutie!

Happy Amy and sweet baby boy.

Grandpa had to work a little harder for Jane's affection, but using the tablet really worked!

So much fun playing with Jane!

We hadn't played Monopoly for YEARS!!  It was really fun, and Dad won!
Jane had fun completely emptying my tissue box that was by my bed.

It was also fun to have Scott and Elisha and kids close enough to spend some time at Amy's.

Molly and Fos also loved the tablet!
Brian also drove down from Rexburg....so fun to have him there.

Lisa flew in for a few days.  so fun to have both our  daughters there for the special occasion!

 They loved the bannister!!

Blessing Day!  Peter was an angel.  Chris gave a beautiful blessing.

Outing to Garden of the Gods

We had a great time visiting the Garden of the Gods which was only about half hour away.  It was a beautiful day and fun to get outside and see some cool terrain.

Such a great place and fun day... then we were off to see a movie..".Secret Life of Walter Mitty".
