Festival of Lights

 Brian made sure that we set aside an evening to go do something Christmasy!  We decided on the Van Dusen Gardens Festival of Lights.  It is a very popular event that we've never been to.  We went on Dec 23 and it was very crowded and cold!  The lights and music were awesome....very fun evening.

 Then we went for dinner at our Greek restaurant!  Fun night!

Thanksgiving in Utah

So fun to go visit the Waltons in Utah!  We came 2 days earlier than the rest of the family to hang out, shop and wrap, and hopefully help.

Wednesday night we met at the Brick Oven for dinner before heading to the basketball game.  Cosmo came and got us all excited!

Our seats were pretty high, but we were all together and we won!!  so fun!  Brian flew in after the game, so then all was here except the Silvas in Indiana.

Here's Mike thinking he can teach me a thing or two about peeling a pomegranate!!  He demonstrated a new method, that actually worked better than I expected.

Look, it's magic!  It just all appeared here ready to eat!!

We are very thankful for many many blessings.....only a part of which is this meal!!

Can't believe this is the only picture we got at the baptism of Luke!  It was a wonderful event!

Scott's Playing Hockey!

 It was fun for David to go watch Scott play with his hockey team while we were down visiting for Thanksgiving.  He's on a team with other Canadians and having a lot of fun!  He looks pretty awesome!
