David and I flew into Frankfurt on Sunday October 14th just in time to witness Chris being ordained a bishop. David got to stand in the circle as he was ordained even dressed in his traveling clothes. It was very special to be there, and wish we could have been there earlier to hear Chris and Lisa share their testimonies. You will do well, Bishop Johnson.
On Monday, after playing Geo Trax we headed up to Heidelberg for a little shopping and walk around that great town!! We met Chris for lunch at a great German restaurant.
Tuesday Lisa, the little boys and David and I drove down to Suttgart to visit the Mercedes-Benz Museum.
Luke and Matt enjoyed climbing all over this car.....something they weren't allowed to do in the museum. They couldn't even touch one. It was challenging to have them behave like adults when they are 3 and 4! The staff kept a close eye on the two little boys.
The museum was very interesting and well done, starting with the early modes of transportation through the years.
Here's the new car showroom....quite impressive.
Here's the happy guy.
We left Stuttgart and drove south to Garmish stopping to see cool things on the way.
Chris and the rest of the kids drove after school and met us that night at the Edelweiss Resort in Garmish.

So fun seeing the recap. You got great pictures! Matthew is sitting on my lap and kept saying... "That's my grandpa!" ... and "I want to go there again!" Keep 'em coming!
Yep, dad looks pretty happy. Looks like fun.
Very cool! What a great opportunity to go again!!!! Can't wait to see more!
