Welcome Baby Owen and Halloween at Scott's

After our visit in Cardston, we headed south to Utah.  Baby Owen Joseph Walton was born on October 23, the day we left for Cardston, so we were anxious to get down there and see this little guy (5 lbs 3 oz).  He's just a darling baby!

Isn't he a little angel!

It was so fun to be at Scott's for the Halloween festivities. Pumpkin carving was the first night.

 Great jack-o-lantern, Brian

With a brand new baby in arms, Elisha and Scott set to work preparing their kid's costumes!

Just down their street lives these turkeys!  They are pretty impressive turkeys!

We went to Molly and Fos's school for their Halloween parade! Nate was soooo excited to see them and all the other great costumes!  His delight was delightful!

Then we drove over to Scott's work to treat-or-treat at his office.

David is hurriedly getting the skeleton made and up before the first Trick or treaters came.
Nathan got alot of comments about his UP old man costume.  I'm not sure he knew who he was, but he enjoyed it all.  Lost his balloons to the night sky, mid trick-or-treating.

It was fun taking the boys to Home Depot!  They know it very well, and Fos was sure we were lost and ended up at a different Home Depot because we didn't go the way his parents go.  It was pretty funny as we had to turn around once, and he said,"yep, I knew it....you were going the wrong way!"
Grandpa took the boys to a construction site to watch for a while.....a memorable event for all...especially Grandpa.  They watched and talked about all of the machines and what they were doing, (which the boys know quite well).

Another trip to Home Depot for their kids activity day......building and painting little pallets.

This event is a big deal in Orem, Utah!!
Here's a typical picture of Brian!  What a handsome guy!
