Sydney, Nova Scotia

 Next port was Sydney, Nova Scotia.  Rented a van again and headed out to the Louisbourg Fort, a major fortification built in the 1700s.

 It was so fun to walk through this place....very cool restoration.  It was also extremely windy!!

 Then we drove about 20 minutes to the Louisbourg lighthouse.  We were so lucky there were few tourists there.  Where did they all go?... because this was the BEST place!!

 

Such a great place and beautiful weather, even if windy!
